Hydro is our Senior Customer Satisfaction Specialist at 9.5 years of age, and he is the main Store Greeter at Northern Lights Indoor Gardening & Hydroponics. He was adopted and brought to the store at about 6 months of age; he's extremely friendly with customers and is very eager to make sure that your time in the store is completely fun and enjoyable. He will follow you everywhere, provide meows and one-on-one customer service, bound to make sure that you come back to the store again and again!

 

Ponix is the Junior Customer Satisfaction Specialist at Northern Lights, at nearly 9 years of age. He was rescued from outside one hot summer day, at about 4 or 5 weeks old. He is still somewhat shy, but he's an avid understudy of Hydro's and loves to watch him and follow him around everywhere. With no doubt he will soon be just as comfortable with providing the best cat-to-customer service that you'll find anywhere!
